Pricing
Displayed price ranges (e.g. $280–$700) are not guaranteed quotes. Your exact, all-inclusive price is confirmed before your order is finalized. Additional charges may apply for:
- Loads exceeding the weight limit
- Special disposal items (TVs, fridges, AC units, mattresses)
- Rental extensions beyond the agreed period
- Prohibited materials requiring special removal
Prohibited Materials
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure no prohibited materials are placed in the container. Erie Dumpster is not liable for fines, penalties, or cleanup costs resulting from disposal of hazardous waste, including chemicals, asbestos, paint, propane tanks, medical waste, motor oil, or refrigerants.
Property Damage
Erie Dumpster drivers take care during delivery and pickup. However, we are not liable for incidental damage to driveways, pavement, or landscaping caused by container weight or movement. Customers are advised to use plywood boards under the container.
Permits
If your container must be placed in a public right-of-way, obtaining the required permit is solely the customer’s responsibility. Erie Dumpster does not secure permits on behalf of customers.
Liability Limit
To the extent permitted by law, Erie Dumpster’s liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific rental transaction. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
